You can update your Nutristar account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Nutristar. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone number, change your password, track the status of your orders, re-orders, find details about your Nutri cash.

2. Order

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, We confirm receipt of the order and begins processing it.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when we receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected dispatch or delivery time.

You will also be notified when the item(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s)

How can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed and is in “processing” status by navigating to My Account > Orders

If the order status has got updated further then it’s not possible to directly cancel it. We suggest you to contact us using chat or email us.

If the order is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it and If it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders.

Order Processing: Order has been placed and is pending for dispatch.

Order In Transit: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and through our shipping partner and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.

Order Complete: Your order has been delivered to you and is now complete.

What is the 3D Secure Password?

The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on Nutristar.

Are there any hidden charges when purchasing from Nutristar?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Nutristar. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.You would be charged extra for the expedited delivery (Shipped via Air) if you wish to get the product within 3-5 working days. No charges for standard delivery and amount which you see on the checkout page will be the final amount to pay. You will get the product within 5-7 working days.

What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.

Kindly note:

• You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.

• Due to the limitations of the courier partners we use, CoD is not yet available for all zip codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if the CoD facility is available for your delivery address.However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Nutri cash deducted from my Account?

In case your order is not successful and Nutricash has been deducted from your account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

How do you ship your orders?

We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Delhivery, Fedex, TrackOn, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Holisol, XpressBees, Professional Courier, DotZot for local delivery to various pin codes in India.

There are some remote areas and locations which are not served by our courier partners. Currently, we serve on PAN India level and don’t ship Internationally.

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched from Nutristar warehouse, you will be notified on your registered email address (Check Spam in case it is marked as spam) and an SMS on your registered number. Email and SMS contains the link where you can track your order.

Alternatively, you can also go to ‘My Account‘ section -> ‘My Order‘ and track the shipment.

What if the delivery that I received is damaged?

In rare cases of transport damage,

• If you found the carton box damaged/tampered or without the NUTRISTAR branded tape, please reject it at delivery (even if it’s a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.

• For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.

5. Return & Refund

Nutristar Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • • If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
  • • Product is used or altered
  • • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • • Serial Number is tampered
  • • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

Note:- Consumable Products with only Seal Intact / Original form are eligible for Returns. Seal Opened Products will not be accepted as returns. Products are not applicable for returns in case of issues related to rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference, mixability, dizziness. Please consult your doctor, dietitian or fitness trainer before consuming any product as the product results may vary from body to body.

Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

Initial Steps:

as products may get damaged during transit very often due to rough handling by Logistics. We recommend to all our buyers to make an unboxing video to remain on safe side and get there issues resolved at earliest. This video doesn’t go wasted if you get the product in perfect condition, as we run Review program if you Upload these Video on Social media and tag us which can help us both to spread the good word, we provide Reward coupons.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, then please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of products received with Invoice copy to our customer care.

Next Step

After your claim, we will investigate and we will revert you in 24-48 hrs. In this case, we might raise the concern to brand or importer and wait for their revert.

Successful Claim – You should provide all the details like order number, product details, mode of payment used while purchasing, product invoice copy, intact outer packaging of the product, intact outer seal of the product in order to claim your concern successful.

Unsuccessful Claim – If you lack to produce any of the above-mentioned details then your claim will be counted as an unsuccessful attempt.

Once your claim is successful, we will arrange a reverse pickup then below will be the process: After positive feedback from Quality Check Team, below is the process

  • • Our courier partner will take 1-2 working days to pick up the product/item from your address.
  • • As reverse pick up is done by standard delivery, it takes minimum 5-7 working days to get back to our warehouse.
  • • Upon receiving the product in our warehouse with good product condition as delivered to you, we will process your refund (after initiating a refund, it will take 5-7 working days) or do the replacement (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
  • • Negative Feedback from Quality Check Team - In case we receive a negative response the product would be sent back to you in the same condition.

Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 5 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.

How will my refund be processed once I return an item?
  • • If you have paid using razorpay for payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.
  • • In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
  • • Optionally we may also issue the refund in Nutricash with your consent.
How long does it take to process refunds?

We issue refunds within 3 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.
